Jeannie Kemp Hall is Nutritionist at Annapolis Acupuncture and Integrative Healing. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Towson State University) and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health (Maryland University of Integrative Health), is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietician. Jeannie grew up in the Annapolis area, is passionate about helping others attain their highest level of functionality – mind, body, and spirit, and hopes to support the healing and health goals of members of the community. She is inspired by empowering individuals to take charge of their health through the incorporation of nature’s wisdom. Food can be powerful medicine, affecting overall health and vitality as well as every function of the body. What you eat and drink literally becomes the very substance of your body. Whole foods, eaten and prepared properly, can effect profound changes in mind, body, and spirit. True connection of body and mind with a mindful eating practice supports a happy and fulfilling food-life balance. It is my philosophy that nutrition stems from a place of Intuitive Eating, listening to your body and making the right choices based on your own body type.
